Mrs. Hatifeld has been teaching in Mingo County since 1984.  Her certifications incude Pre-k thru 3rd grade.  She came to Riverside 6 years ago.  She is married to Russell Hatfield and and lives at Wharncliffe, WV.  She has a cocker spaniel and enjoys doing cross stiching.

Mrs. Gillispie is a recent graduate of Marshall University where she recieved her bachelor's degree in elemenetary education with preschool specialization.  She has been employed with Mingo County Board of Education since February 2004.  She taught at Burch Elementary and Lenore K-8 as a long term substitute and worked at Dingess Elementary 2005-2006 school year in pre-k.  She is presenlty employed as the preschool special needs teacher at Riverside Elementary.  Mrs. Gillispie lives with her husband at Hardy, KY.

Wendy has been working at Riverside since 2000.   She started as an Appalread REading Coach.  Through the years she has had several postions including Parent Assistant and Library Assistant.  She is currently woring on her BA in Elementary Education through Midway College.

Wendy is married to Sammy Barker and resides in Chattaroy, WV.  They have 2 children, Carissa who attends & cheers for WHS and Zachery who attends WMS.
